If you start any of our programs and just don’t feel like it is working for you or your style, not a problem. We are grateful that you gave it a try. You can request a refund within 14 days from your purchase date, and we will refund your purchase amount within 7 days. Our policy lasts 14 days since all products are delivered fully to you right away in digital form, so you can begin using them right away after purchase.

Should you decide you want a refund, please just send an email to support@theplayapp.com, or send us a note through the “Contact Us” link and form that can be accessed from the bottom footer of any page on TheplayApp.com If 14 days have gone by since your purchase date, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we may require you forwarding us an email copy of your proof of purchase that would be sent to you soon after the time of purchase, in the event that we can’t find the name or info provided in our records at the time of your refund request.


Programs purchased as a gift for someone else are non-returnable since we donate a portion of these sales each month to Causes as explained on our site, and can’t control the timing of redemption by the person you have sent the gift

If the person you have sent the gift code to isn’t interested in using the Gift Code you sent them after receipt, they or you may send it to someone else as it can be redeemed by anyone you would like one time. If preferred, we can also donate it to someone on your behalf who is in need and may not be able to afford the program. Just let us know you’d like us to do this by sending an email to support@theplayapp.com


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If it is not there within 7 days of request by email, please contact us again at support@theplayapp.com We will look into the matter with you right away and check our own internal records as well for any errors or for proof of refund to provide to you.
